Delos Hospitality LLC, and Delos Merchandising LLC, and their affiliates, related companies, agents, and licensors (collectively “Delos”, “we,” “us,” “our, ” and other similar pronouns), is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of all data on the staywellrooms.com and staywellmeetings.com websites (the “Sites”). To demonstrate this commitment, we have adopted this privacy policy (this “Policy”). This Policy is based on the principles of notice/awareness, choice/consent, access/participation and integrity/security in the collection and use of all information regarding our users and their activities at the Sites. Please review this Policy each time you use the Sites as it is subject to change at any time by Delos without notice to you. It is your obligation to review this Policy from time to time. By accessing the Sites you are indicating your agreement to this Policy. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting to this Sites.

II. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION ARE COLLECTED AND WHY

a. Information submitted by you

At times, we may ask you to provide information about yourself in order to better serve you. We do not require this information to obtain access to any area of our Sites, however, you are required to create a new account or login as a registered user prior to ordering any products on our Sites.

Delos may use this information in an aggregated form to measure number of visits, average time spent on the Sites, pages viewed, and other relevant statistics. Delos collects this information to measure the use of our Sites and to improve the content of our Sites.

We use your personally identifying information to identify you as a user of the Sites and to assist and speed the completion of transactions on the Sites. We may use your email address to contact you directly regarding services or products that we believe may be of interest to you. We may also use information collected about your preferences and activities at the Sites, such as the particular pages you request at the Sites and purchases or other transactions you effect through the Sites, and we may vary the content you receive in future visits to the Sites based on your preferences and activities.

b. Disclosure of Aggregate Information

We may combine your personally identifying information and information about your preferences and activities, with those of all or a particular group of our users to prepare collective profiles of our users and their activities for our internal use. In addition, in the event Delos becomes the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, Delos or its liquidator, administrator, receiver or administrative receiver may sell, license, or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction approved by the court.

While Delos will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the information it discloses is subject to reasonable redisclosure restrictions, in each of the above situations, the recipients of your data may potentially be located in any country in the world, including those in countries that may not have comprehensive data protection legislation.

d. How Can I Opt-out of Receiving E-mail Communication?

We permit you to opt-out of receiving certain communications from the Sites. We will not send unsolicited messages to you if you indicate that you do not wish to receive such messages. Delos strictly complies with the CAN-SPAM Act with regards to email and communications. All communications we send out provide you the user with the ability to opt-out. However if you as a user do not want your personal information used as otherwise detailed in this Privacy Policy, then you must not use the Sites.

IV. WHAT DELOS DOES TO KEEP THIS SITES SECURE

Any information you enter on our accounts setup page is encrypted before transmission to our server. You can safely enter your credit card and personal registration information and it cannot be read in transit to our server. This encryption is certified by (AWS) Amazon Web Services.

Our Sites may contain “links” to other websites, and we cannot and are not responsible for maintaining your privacy once you leave our Sites. We attempt to only link to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy. If you provide any information to parties who operate websites that are linked to or from this Sites, different rules may apply to their collection, use or disclosure of your personal information. We encourage you to review other websites’ policies before revealing any sensitive or personal information. Under no circumstances shall Delos have any liability whatsoever for the activities conducted by or at any website accessed from or through the Sites.

Regardless of the precautions taken by us we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.

What You Can Do To Protect Your Information

Use only secure websites when disclosing your personally identifiable information. Secure pages begin with “https”.
Avoid easy to figure out access and personal ID (PIN) codes.
Never respond to unsolicited requests for your social security number (SSN) or financial data.
Do not disclose your passwords to the Sites or your account information to any other person.
V. SPECIAL POLICY ON INFORMATION REGARDING CHILDREN

This Sites is not directed to children (persons under 13 years of age), and Delos does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are concerned about your child’s use of the Sites, you may use web-filtering technology to supervise or limit access to the Sites.

VI. GENERAL

This Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of New York. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DELOS HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE BREACH OF THIS POLICY, HOWEVER OCCASIONED.
